CAMERA RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Booking & Payment
Full payment or agreed advance is required to confirm booking.
Security deposit is mandatory and refundable after equipment is returned and inspected.
Valid ID (Passport) must be provided.
2. Rental Period
Rental duration starts from the agreed pickup time and ends at the agreed return time.
Late returns will be charged at additional hourly/daily rates.
3. Equipment Responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
Equipment must be used properly and only for its intended purpose.
Do not expose equipment to water, sand, extreme heat, or risky environments unless agreed.
4. Damage / Loss Policy
Any damage, malfunction, or loss must be reported immediately.
Repair or replacement costs will be borne by the renter.
In case of total loss/theft, full replacement value will be charged.
5. Security Deposit
Deposit will be refunded within 24–72 hours after inspection.
Deductions may apply for damages, missing items, or late returns.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 72 hours before rental: Full refund.
Cancellation within 48 hours: Partial refund or no refund (based on booking).
7. Usage Restrictions
Equipment must not be sub-rented or handed over to third parties.
No illegal or hazardous use is permitted.
8. Liability
The rental provider is not responsible for any loss of data, footage, or business losses.
The renter assumes all risks during usage.
9. Pickup & Return Condition
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.
All accessories (batteries, chargers, lenses, cables, etc.) must be returned.
10. Identification & Agreement
By renting, the renter agrees to all terms and conditions.
The rental provider reserves the right to refuse service.
11. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
