CAMERA RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment or agreed advance is required to confirm booking.

• Security deposit is mandatory and refundable after equipment is returned and inspected.

• Valid ID (Passport) must be provided.

2. Rental Period

• Rental duration starts from the agreed pickup time and ends at the agreed return time.

• Late returns will be charged at additional hourly/daily rates.

3. Equipment Responsibility

• The renter is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period.

• Equipment must be used properly and only for its intended purpose.

• Do not expose equipment to water, sand, extreme heat, or risky environments unless agreed.

4. Damage / Loss Policy

• Any damage, malfunction, or loss must be reported immediately.

• Repair or replacement costs will be borne by the renter.

• In case of total loss/theft, full replacement value will be charged.

5. Security Deposit

• Deposit will be refunded within 24–72 hours after inspection.

• Deductions may apply for damages, missing items, or late returns.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 72 hours before rental: Full refund.

• Cancellation within 48 hours: Partial refund or no refund (based on booking).

7. Usage Restrictions

• Equipment must not be sub-rented or handed over to third parties.

• No illegal or hazardous use is permitted.

8. Liability

• The rental provider is not responsible for any loss of data, footage, or business losses.

• The renter assumes all risks during usage.

9. Pickup & Return Condition

• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.

• All accessories (batteries, chargers, lenses, cables, etc.) must be returned.

10. Identification & Agreement

• By renting, the renter agrees to all terms and conditions.

• The rental provider reserves the right to refuse service.

11. Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
