🧾 Ordering & Booking

• You order directly on our website by selecting gear + dates + delivery/pickup.

• Payment can be done, once booking is confirmed over whatsapp.

• You can collect 1 day before your shoot 5 pm until 11 pm or same day during office hours.
  
  

💰 Deposit Policy

• Deposit required for all rentals.

• Options:

  • Cash (~80% of item value)

  • Leave your passport (with valid visa)

• Fully refundable when gear is returned in good condition.
  

⏱️ Extensions, Cancellations & Late Fees

• You can extend rentals if not already booked by someone else.

• Cancellation:

  • Before 48+ hours → 50% refund

  • Lesser than 48 hours → no refund

• Late returns:

  • Charged 2× daily rate per day if not approved in advance
    

🚚 Delivery & Shipping

• Typical delivery costs:

  • Dubai: ~AED 100

  • Sharjah/Ajman: ~AED 100

  • RAK/UAQ: ~AED 150

📦 What You Get

• Camera rental includes: body, cap, strap, 2x batteries and charger.

• Lens rental includes: front & rear caps (hood only for pro lenses).
  

🔧 Gear Condition & Support

• Gear is cleaned, tested, and calibrated before each rental.

• If damaged on arrival → report within 24 hours.

• Don’t update firmware yourself—they handle it.
  

🔄 Returns

• Next day by 10 am

• Missing items → charged replacement cost.
